Who I Am
At Soul Compass Collective, I believe every woman holds an unshakable inner truth—sometimes it just needs a safe space to rise to the surface. Our mission is simple yet profound: Direction for your soul. Support for your healing.
For me, this mission was born out of survival. There was a time when I lived in constant fear of what others thought of me. I stayed in a marriage with a drug-addicted partner far longer than was safe—navigating restraining orders, heartbreak, and the heavy weight of raising four out of my five kids on my own (the oldest was grown at this time). I worked two jobs, went back to school to advance my nursing career, and fought every day just to survive, emotionally, mentally, and sometimes, I even felt it physically.
In those years, I lost myself. My worth felt tied to how well I kept everything together for everyone else. But eventually, I hit a breaking point—and from that breaking came a breakthrough. I realized that no one else could give me the happiness, peace, or love I was searching for. That responsibility—and that gift—was mine alone.
It wasn’t an overnight shift. It was a slow, sometimes messy process of choosing myself, of learning to stand in my own confidence, of releasing the constant worry about who approved of me or my choices. But step by step, I began to rise. And in that rising, I discovered my higher self—the part of me that always knew I was worthy.
That transformation opened the door to everything I have now: a new relationship that shows me daily what love built on mutual respect feels like, a career that allows me to combine two decades of nursing with life coaching and integrative health, and a passion for helping other women realize they, too, are capable of rewriting their story. Having someone to hold that space for me was life-changing and my mission now is to do the same for others.
At Soul Compass Collective, I don’t just guide women through life’s pivotal transitions—I walk beside them, because I’ve been there. Whether you’re rebuilding after heartbreak, redefining your identity, or simply trying to remember who you always wanted to be or maybe who you are now, this is your space to breathe, to reset, and to come home to yourself.
Because you are not broken. You are becoming who you were always meant to be.
